Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are generally not provided once a project has commenced or services have been delivered. However, if you believe there is an issue with the service you received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a possible resolution.
We may consider partial or full refunds in the following cases:
Service not delivered as per the agreed-upon scope or specifications.
Significant delays caused by Prime Pixels without prior communication.
Technical errors or service failures clearly attributable to our work.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days.
If you wish to cancel a project before it has started, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply to cover administrative and planning costs already incurred.
Cancellation before project start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.
Cancellation after project commencement: Refund amount (if any) will be assessed based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
We offer a revision window for most services (as outlined in your project agreement) to ensure your satisfaction. Please note:
Minor revisions are typically included.
Major changes outside the original project scope may incur additional charges.
The following services are non-refundable:
Consultation fees.
Customized strategies, designs, or marketing plans once delivered.
Domain registrations, hosting fees, third-party software/licenses purchased on your behalf.
Any service once a final delivery has been approved.
